Swelling In Gums

I am facing problem of swelling in gums. I can't eat meat and whenever I do my gums get swelled and feel irritation in my gums and teeth even it is difficult for me to chew meat and roti. Kindly advise what is the treatment

Toothache

My wife is 8th month pregnant having severe toothache, she has tried clove oil & sens***ne toothpaste but the pain doesn't go down. Could she take any medicine??
