I recently had an online appointment through this platform, where the booking fee was shown as 1000 rupees. However, during the examination, I was charged an additional 2000 rupees for applying a simple fluid to my tooth. I was not informed beforehand that this treatment would incur extra charges. would appreciate it if the platform could address this issue and provide clearer information about what is included in the appointment fee to avoid such confusion in the Future.
