I visited Alkhidmat Raazi Hospital two days ago with my wife and my 7-year-old son, Rayyan, who was experiencing severe lower-belly pain along with vomiting. We were concerned it might be appendix-related and required urgent medical care. We were fortunate to be examined by Dr. Abrar Hussain Zaidi, Professor of Surgery and Consultant General & Laparoscopic Surgeon. His diagnosing skills, calm communication, and the way he took detailed information from my child were truly impressive. His professionalism gave us immediate reassurance. After admission, the hospital staff’s response was exceptional. Nurses, paramedical staff, lab attendants, and information desk staff were all very polite, supportive, and quick to respond. One thing that really impressed us was that even when the doctor was off duty, the staff remained in telephonic contact with him, and he continued guiding them regarding treatment instructions. This level of dedication is rare. The cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital were outstanding. The rooms and wards were cleaned three times a day, washrooms were well maintained, and hot water was available for patients. Separate prayer areas for men and women were also provided. Another important point is that the treatment cost was very reasonable. Since the hospital is operated by Jamaat-e-Islami, the charges are kept affordable for everyone without compromising service quality. Alhamdulillah, after 24 hours of treatment and observation, my son recovered and was declared not to require any surgery. This brought great relief to our family. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the doctor’s expertise, the caring staff, and the hospital facilities. I strongly recommend Alkhidmat Raazi Hospital for both emergency situations and OPD visits. This facility is a true blessing for the surrounding community.
