At Avicenna my physiotherapist Azad Ullah has been amazing At 70, recovering from a dislocated shoulder and subsequent surgery has been a challenging and sometimes frustrating journey, but his support has made such a positive difference. He is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and dedicated, and he works incredibly hard to help me regain my strength, movement and confidence. What makes him truly special, however, is the way he combines his expertise with genuine kindness, patience and empathy. He always takes the time to understand how I am feeling, encourages me when things are difficult, and pushes me appropriately while making me feel completely supported and cared for. I am extremely grateful for the commitment and encouragement he has shown throughout my rehabilitation.
