I had my ACL reconstruction surgery on January 18. After the surgery, the doctor recommended 7 to 8 months of physiotherapy. Around 4 to 5 weeks after the surgery, I went for physio to Dr. Saba Kafait. When I went, I was extremely scared and had zero confidence. I was afraid that if I tried to walk, my ACL might tear again. But Dr. Saba encouraged me, lifted my confidence, and told me, 'You can do this.' She's a very good physiotherapist—she handled my physio very well and is extremely humble. She takes special care of her patients. Today marks three months since my surgery, and by the grace of Allah, I’m walking better than before and feel no pain. A huge credit for this recovery goes to Dr. Saba. Thank you so much, Dr.Saba .
