I am satisfied with the doctor.
I had a really good experience with Dr Gul but honestly a pathetic experience with the customer services team and the company’s “Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you “ note- Had to wait 4 days to get my appointment sorted. Finally got it sorted after 8-10 overseas calls, stress, anxiety and emergency offs from work just for this. My previous appointments were never booked- doctors never showed up and I was not notified what’s happening. They constantly hung up on me- told me pathetic unrealistic company policies and I could never got hold to the supervisors or the managers. Finally got this lovely doctor- So I honestly don’t know if this is a good service or a bad service. With me it’s not. And I wouldn’t recommend it to my family and friends. PS: not talking about the doctors here.
