Hi Dr. Hana Arbab, (Stool Pass hote hi Ulti reflux thk ho jata, 1 2 din tk stool pass na ho to reflux shuru ho jata) I'm writing to you about my 34-day-old son, Mr. M. Mustafa. We consulted with you the day before yesterday at Indus Hospital, and you suggested a GI Contrast Study before 10 days. The test was negative, and you mentioned that he's suffering from Reflux. You prescribed Omeprazole 4mg OD and Domperidone 4mg three times a day, along with some precautions. He's responded well, but I've been observing my son for a week, and I've noticed he's experiencing constipation issues. He goes up to 56 hours without passing stool, and in this condition, he starts vomiting. And restore after passed stool, You are familiar with the patient, and you've scheduled his Diaphragm surgery for December 24th. I request your advice on the constipation issue or would appreciate if you could prescribe some medicine. Please let me know when I can book an online consultation.
