It was great experience with Mr Shafique. He is a good Psychologist with all the relevant skills and expertise. He has helped me alot in dealing with mental health issues. I feel very positive and motivated. In the past the therapists made me feel like depression was my own manifestation which put me off the idea of therapy but he seemed to understand that it's inconvenient for me and I'm trying to change the situation.
