My cousin's daughter was having very high BP in very young age. All doctors were prescribing antihypertensives without confirming cause of B.P. When we visited him then he immediately said that there must be some secondary cause of high BP in this age. He examined her carefully and on auscultation of abdomen with stethoscope he made diagnosis of Renal Artery Stenosis without any test and according to him renal artery bruit was audible. He then ordered single investigation that was Renal Artery Doppler and dignosis was confirmed. Thanks to him for his valuable time as without him we were vsiting multiple doctors without benefit.
