Consulted Dr Ayub for high blood pressure. After taking the history, he advised some medical tests. I sent test reports to him on whatsapp. He presribed the medicine based on the tests. He stressed a lot on lifestyle modification especially, taking home made diet, exercising daily or walking for at least 40 minutes. I am impressed by the time given and that the doctor stressed more on lifestyle instead of medication.
