The experience with Dr. was fine but the app and its processes need to be fixed. The booking and confirmation process is a mess. The helpline call experience was horrible. You guys are dealing with patients so you need to hire a professional call center service that can show some empathy and guide the patients properly instead of deflecting responsibility. My appointment time was rescheduled by half hour and I was informed about it just 5 minutes before the rescheduled time by SMS which I received during my 3rd call with your helpline. The helpline people were as unaware as I was.
