I sleep too much and it feels like I am dizzy after 1 am it hurts in the head and my eyes starts burning at night.. almost 12 hours sleep and that's too much any cure for this?

I am having Pain in my Knee joint from a month .i feel that pain is inside the joint. And from sitting to standing and from standing to sitting i feel pain otherwise walking and every thing normal. I feel no pain during walking etc...
