I am satisfied with the doctor.

I am writing this with a heavy heart after a very emotionally painful experience under the care of Dr. Sara Ejaz, a senior gynecologist. This was my first pregnancy at the age of 24, and I trusted her completely from the start due to her polite and friendly nature. She was always available over phone and WhatsApp, even late at night, and responded to every concern throughout my pregnancy. Because of this, I never imagined that things could turn out the way they did in the end. After going into labor, I was kept under observation for 19 hours. During this time, I was given what she called “pains” (possibly artificial contractions), and I was constantly told that normal delivery was possible. However, things began to feel off when we started asking a few questions during labor—particularly about the process, the slow progress, and what was really happening. She seemed slightly irritated but quickly changed her tone, saying things like, “This is protocol” and “These things take time—even a day or more.” Eventually, when she realized that we had waited patiently and weren’t panicking, she suddenly claimed that I was fully dilated within one hour, which seemed implausible after 19 hours of little to no progress. Then came the vacuum attempt, which left the baby’s head red and swollen, clearly distressed. Following that, she rushed into a cesarean, claiming that my pubic bone was too big and the baby’s head wasn’t descending—all of which were never discussed in the weeks prior or supported with any clear diagnostics. What hurt the most is how dramatically her behavior changed after the surgery. The warm, supportive doctor I knew was suddenly distant and indifferent. It became clear to us that she had already made up her mind, and much of what happened during labor felt staged to justify a cesarean—perhaps financially motivated. It was also clear that she had the entire staff on her side, making us feel isolated, misled, and taken advantage of during one of the most important moments of our lives. Surgery was made in Hameed lateef Hospital (it was totally our decision) Although the checkup throughout my journey was in Mid City Hospital.. I truly feel that my C-section could have been avoided if I had been treated with honesty and integrity, instead of manipulation disguised under a sweet and caring attitude
