I want to show my reports to dr. How to do it.. ? I had low Hb levels of 8.5 one and half or almost 2 years ago ... I can't digust high dose iron so i took singobion syrup 1 tablespoon a day 6 months .. my hb levels got improved to 9.2 .. dr said me to continue using full year... I used it 8 to 9 months my HB levels got from 12.1 in nov 2025 than 11.1 in jan 2026... Now my HB level is 11.1 , ferrtin 8.6 and iron levels 36... I want to ask is it concerning? Should i contiune using syrup or you recommend IV iron injections ?
