Patient was unhappy because after the checkup with the doctor, they were sent to Ms. Sumaiya for a diet plan who demanded a separate fee. Patient believes the diet plan should have been included in the doctor's consultation.

Interactions with the doctor was excellent. App interface is easy-to-use its far more convenient to consult over the video call than to drive over to the clinic. The only are which could use some improvement is the call center service. Some times, the call center staff's response feels below par. Improve the call center services and the whole experience becomes 10 out of 10.
