I went to a physiotherapist because I had a frozen shoulder. she treated me very well and explained my condition properly. The therapy included exercises and manual techniques to reduce pain and stiffness. After the treatment, I felt relief in pain and improved movement in my shoulder. I had pain in my left hand thumb. It was 5 months old pain, I had three sessions with Dr. Hina and it was a big relief. Wish I could continue the treatment however I had to go abroad. Many thanks.
