Dr Afrah is an excellent psychiatrist . i have been suffering from depression and anxiety for long .have eaten many medications which affected my gastric habitat too . she introduced me with the cognitive behavioural therapy which has done wonders for me . i am half way through the sessions but i have felt big change in my self . now i can control my emotions . she conducts the sessions herself and is a master in her field . i recommend her
