I have been struggling with anxiety for the past six years and had visited several doctors, including psychiatrists, but nothing seemed to work for me. I also experienced depression and OCD symptoms during this time. While searching for a doctor on Marham, I came across Dr. Sameera Naveed. She listened to me very patiently and understood my concerns. Instead of suddenly stopping my old medications, she carefully tapered them and introduced new ones. After my second session, with some adjustments in my medication and helpful advice on how to manage difficult moments, I felt a clear difference. My anxiety and depression have settled, and about 50% of my intrusive thoughts have reduced. I'm hopeful the rest will improve with my upcoming sessions.
