I am much better now and i am adding up my effort this is only because of therapy. Without guidance i wouldn’t be able to do so, to come over yourself is a big task in itself.I am highly motivated now.

I went to another doctor too but the way you listened with acceptance and the diagnosis is excellent. I am feeling much much better in initial sessions already.
