Sadaf is one of the most impressive mental health/addiction professionals I have met in Pakistan. She has had a long therapeutic relationship with my family since 2 years now, and I have found her not just incredibly capable and sharp in her analysis, but full of empathy and care for her clients. When I met sadaf my husband and i had been going through extreme mental trauma due to some external factors. She was soo empathetic and comfortable to talk to. Going into therapy i had a fear of being judged being too emotional feeling I was maybe even unable to be fixed. But sadaf truly showed me that I was not the problem. I wasn't someone problematic that needed fixing i just needed to improve my ability to deal with my trauma and build up my self esteem. Same with my husband she helped us get through years of trauma. Which in turn helped us break away from toxic people. We are still in therapy with sadaf. Still recovering. There Is a long way to recovery but sadaf has truly made the healing process easier. Miss Sadaf Inayat is one of a kind therapist. I used to think it was impossible for me to open up about my weird and probably dark side of life to some (which is essential for well being) , but surprisingly she was comforting enough that it didn’t feel like I’m doing something unusually difficult. Although I played my part in my recovery of Major Depression disorder and OCD, yet I always found her guiding me and pushing me towards my goal of achieving sustainable mental health. I belong to a sexual minority and in my knowledge she is one of very few queer friendly psychologist in Lahore. I’ve been taking her services for 4 years, that means she’s quite good at her job! I consulted sadaf inayat for issues like OCD, anxiety and panic attacks. Sadaf Inayat is wonderful person and a superb therapist. It was our first experience and she didn't make us feel uncomfortable at all. she is a very good listener and doesn't judge. our sessions are still going but we can see the difference. she gave us some exercise to do and taught us management techniques, which really really helped. Best Physicologist I know

Sadaf Inayat is an amazing therapist. This was my first experience with therapy and within just a few sessions she has helped me recognize and fix many behavioral patterns within myself. She listens to ky problems intently and doesn't invalidate any of my feelings. She has helped me address a lot of issues that I previously didn't even know i had and has helped me deal with my depression and anxiety as well. I have cosulted a huge number of psychologists around the country.She is undoubtfully one of the best rather it will be more appropriate to say "The Best Clinical Psychologist in Pak".I had a long lasting issue of panic disorder along with mixed anxiety / depression,i was on medication but was not responding to the treatment.She remained extremly successful in eliminating my mental sickness.A true professional with a firm magical grip on her job.
