She's a very good and helpful therapist, I've been taking sessions with her for a while now and have a lot more clarity on myself and how to manage myself, my depression and anxiety. Her main goal is to help you get the tools to manage yourself, and I think the way she guides is very holistic and understanding. Professional, friendly, kind, and gives you her full attention Masha Allah. Its rare to find actually good therapists in Pakistan, so I highly recommend her.

I was suffering severe depression and anxiety. Sessions with Mam shafaq strongly helped me to come out of that state of mind. Now I feel much better and relieved. I was a bit reluctant to consutl a psycologist but she was so nice and friendly during my sessions. Now I can feel positive energy inside me to cope with realities of life. I strongly recommend to consult with Shafaq Saeed if you are fighting with such psycological disorders...

Madam shafaq was so compassionate & caring in a way she explained how she was going to cure my OCD & panic attacks.. I was totally convinced that she would fail me & she didnt.. I WAS fighting anxiety and panic attacks. I have taken 8 sessions with Dr Shafaq, now I feel more safe and confident. I can work professionally with greater confidence. I can attend to my family more closely. The multiple thoughts and fears that could haunt me are now gone. I have requested to remain on her follow up, so that I can stay focused and remain tuned up/healed for days to come. A very professional lady, keen listener, her methods are easy to follow. I strongly suggest Dr Shafaq for those who are out to seek psychological help. Thumbs up Doctor!!
