I visited this doctor for acne on my face and scalp about a year ago, he prescribed Oratane which is a very strong medicine, after taking it I got severe back pain which is a known side effect, I emailed him to tell him about this pain but he never replied to me, during the meeting I also felt he did not listen well to my concerns, I respect his experience and knowledge but a doctor should be friendly to patients and should reply when a patient reports serious side effects.
