I visited to dr Mehreen Ahmad for CBT.She is an excellent therapist. She helps her patients to define goals and planning a course of action to achieve those goals.She monitors her patients progress through regular therapy sessions or meetings.

I was facing the problem of stress & tension. She listened to me very carefully & calmly. She did my stress therapy. She is a very nice lady perhaps a good human being above all.

I had a great satisfaction while visiting her. I had a high-stress level for which she gave me a session of half an hour which turned out really good & effective.She is very polite.

She is a very nice doctor, she has a great ability of understanding.I was suffering from hypertension & depression. I never ever thought of that I would recover it so well. After 3,4 sessions, I am a different person now. I am on medication & will get rid of these soon.
