Well, I randomly found Dr. yusra for the matter I was dealing with. And I feel absolutely lucky to have had her help. She is an active listener and a skilled communicator. It was an amazing experience. I had a therapist while I was studying abroad. She was empathetic and non-judgmental. I was looking for a similar psychologist in Pak after I had some bad experiences with few of them. Finally, I met Yusra Saleem and found her very helpful. She listened to me carefully, didnt judge me, and consoled me. I was kind of broken when I visited her. If you are looking for a good psychologist, give her a try and you will not be disappointed. Dr Yusra is a person i can count on whenever i needed therapy . She was the one who used to come in my mind. I took several sessions and now i m improving a lot. She is really sweet.

So I had my first session with Yusra a couple of days ago. Generally I don’t leave reviews but I think mental health services, and especially services as good as Yusra’s, deserve more attention. I won’t go into the details of my session, but I can tell you that not only was Yusra a non-judgemental and present-minded listener, she was also unimposing and helped me think through my worries on my own rather than telling me how I should feel. The environment was also comfortable, cozy, and private. I 100% recommend her, and will be taking more sessions with her.

The best thing about Miss Yusra is that she as a person is very empathetic. It is the way she can understand your point of view while showing you another perspective to the matter at hand that really. I felt comfortable sharing what problems I faced because rather than putting things in black and white, she helped me understand that own thought processes were due to some reasons that can be worked upon with a conscious effort.

Yusra Suleman helped me in situations where i thought i had no where to go and my life was at a stand still. But Yusra helped me get through these difficult phases in my life. She invested alot of time in me and got to the root cause of the issue. She actually understands the situation and not only gets you out of that phase but makes sure that such a mistake is not made again. Yusra will make sure that you are never uncomfortable in sharing anything and will never force you to share any detail but she will build the confidence that you would want to share more and more and that will make the process easy for you and for her too. Overall really satisfied highly recommend

Dr. Yusra is a really good psychologist Ma Shaa ALLAH. Her therapy sessions are quite relieving. I had a few catharses sessions with her, and the tips & guide that she gave to me took me out of depression by ALLAH's Will. Really, ALLAH Pa'ak has blessed Shifa in her counseling. Highly recommended therapist.

It was my first time and i was very hesitant to come but just from the first 5 mins she made me so comfortable and relaxed that i forgot all my stress thinking of going to counselling.
