Dr waseem Ahsan Malik is a good doctor my experience was too good Overall, my experience with the doctor was good, and I was satisfied with the consultation. However, there was a coordination issue with the appointment booked through Marham. After booking my appointment online, I went to the hospital and informed the receptionist that I had booked it through Marham, but they had no information about my online appointment. I then collected my receipt and went to the doctor's assistant, handed over my slip, and informed them that my appointment was scheduled for 3:00 PM through Marham. Despite this, I was not seen by the doctor until after 4:00 PM. Marham needs to improve its coordination with the hospital, the doctor, and the reception staff to ensure that online appointments are properly communicated and patients are seen at their scheduled time.
