Almost 10 years I'm having pain in my joints and now suffering from rheumatoid arthritis.RF factor is 172 in recently done report.

My friend last night ... suddenly wake-up and direct stand up position...then his knee gives voice Tik and now he is feeling in pain...he is not proper walk now...can u recmd any advice. thank you so much?
