General Surgery - According to the 2020–2021 report, one of the oldest departments at the Korangi Campus is the general surgery department, which sees about 9,060 outpatients a month. A two-year foundation course in allied surgical specialties and a five-year training program in general surgery are the two training programs offered by the department.
Obstetrics & Gynecology - The Obstetrics and Gynecology Department handled a number of cases in 2020–2021, including severe postpartum hemorrhage, primary amenorrhea, cases with a poor obstetric history, and complex gynecological oncological surgeries, providing care to about 47,808 outpatients each month.
Orthopedic & Traumatology - In 2007, the Orthopedics and Traumatology Department was established. The department offers a number of subspecialties, including Hand and Upper Limb Surgery, Complex Trauma Reconstruction, Shoulder and Elbow Arthroplasty, Hand Arthroplasty, and Joint Replacement Service.
Otorhinolaryngology - The Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) department initially provided limited outpatient and daycare services by the best doctors, and it served about 5,587 outpatients monthly and 101 children received cochlear implants. Additionally, the department has now expanded its range of services to include general ENT skull-based surgeries, head and neck cancer and reconstructive surgeries, cochlear implants with full rehabilitation services, an audiology lab as well as services for speech, language, and physiology, and a newborn hearing screening program.
Urology - In 2007 the Urology Department was established. Since then, it has broadened its focus and now provides services like Pediatric Urology, Female Urology, Uro-Oncology, Urodynamic, and Lithotripsy.
Anesthesiology and Surgical Intensive Care Services- For difficult obstetric procedures, complex neonatal surgeries, and patients with severe medical conditions, anesthesiologists are essential in providing safe anesthesia services at Indus Hospital.

Gastroenterology - In 2007, Korangi Campus initiated the Gastroenterology Department. The services of therapeutic Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography is available at the Korangi Campus since 2020.
Infectious Diseases - Department of the Infectious Diseases (ID) was established in September 2007. With its TB and multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR TB) clinics, rabies prevention and training centers, HIV clinics, and an antibiotic stewardship program, the infectious diseases department is a pioneer in the nation.
Nephrology- In 2008, the Department of Nephrology was founded. Along with a hemodialysis facility, the department provides inpatient and outpatient services. The department at Badin offers renal biopsies and runs a weekly nephrology clinic. To help the in-house hemodialysis patients and the residents of Karachi's central district, the nephrology department also established a nephrology consultant clinic at the Al-Fakir Trust Campus in PIB Colony.
Pulmonology- In February 2017, the Korangi Campus's Department of Pulmonology opened. The department has since added the campuses of Badin and Muzaffargarh to its service area. The Pulmonology Department launched several projects in 2020–21, including the Respiration Monitoring Device Project, Patient Welfare Program, Obstructive Lung Disease Project, Pulmonary Rehabilitation Project, and Tobacco Cessation Program.
The Indus Hospital and Health Network's public division, the Community Health Directorate, is in charge of implementing global and public health programs in Pakistan based on an analysis of community needs.

The Indus Hospital Blood Center (TIHBC), Karachi, was established in 2013 and is Pakistan's first centralized blood center. The goals of TIHBC are to mobilize the country for 100% voluntary blood donations while providing safe blood that complies with international standards.
Since the start of the voluntary blood donation program in December 2013, the Indus Hospital Blood Center has established a functional regional blood center with a network of hospital blood banks.
In accordance with international standards and guidelines, the blood products are transported to each of these locations while maintaining a strict cold chain.
In 2017, The Indus Hospital assumed administrative and technical control of the Regional Blood Centers (RBC) in Bahawalpur and Multan as part of a Public-Private Partnership. It seized control of RBC Jamshoro in 2018.
A blood transfusion medicine associate degree program offered by TIHBC is also affiliated with the National University of Medical Science (NUMS).
IHK launched a rehabilitation program at the Korangi Campus in 2015 through a Physical Rehabilitation Center in association with the International Committee of the Red Cross and Chal Foundation.
