Diagesic P Tablet is a combination analgesic medication used for the relief of mild to moderate pain. It combines three active ingredients: Paracetamol (Acetaminophen), a common pain reliever and fever reducer; Caffeine, which enhances the pain-relieving effects of paracetamol; and Codeine Phosphate, an opioid analgesic that works on the central nervous system to reduce pain perception. Diagesic P Tablet Dosage and Administration
