Lorin NSA tablet uses include relieving symptoms such as sneezing, runny nose, watery eyes, itching, and skin rashes. It also has mast cell-stabilizing properties that reduce the release of inflammatory compounds responsible for allergic symptoms. It contains loratadine, a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral histamine H1 receptors.

How to Take:
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water
Do not crush or chew the tablet
Can be taken with or without food
Take at the same time each day for best results
Take immediately after opening tablet blister
Don't use Lorin NSA Tablet if you:
Are allergic to loratadine or desloratadine (Clarinex)
Are allergic to any ingredients in the formulation
Have phenylketonuria (PKU) - some formulations may contain phenylalanine
Important: Loratadine or any antihistamine should NOT be used to treat anaphylaxis (severe allergic reaction). Epinephrine (adrenaline) must be used for anaphylaxis.
Talk with your doctor first if you:
Have liver disease or impaired liver function
Have kidney disease or chronic kidney disease
Have phenylketonuria (PKU)
Have anemia or blood disorders
Have thyroid disorders
Are pregnant or planning to become pregnant
