Zeenaryl Tablet uses include control of high blood sugar in adults with type 2 diabetes when diet, exercise, and weight loss alone are not enough. It contains glimepiride, a sulfonylurea medicine that helps the pancreas release more insulin and helps the body use sugar better. Use it only under medical supervision because it can cause low blood sugar and the dose must be adjusted to your blood sugar tests.

Your doctor might give you Zeenaryl Tablet for:

• Type 2 diabetes when diet, exercise, and weight loss alone do not control blood sugar
• Type 2 diabetes along with metformin or insulin, if your doctor advises

Zeenaryl Tablet Dosage and Administration

Always follow your doctor's instructions exactly.

Adult Dosage:

• Starting dose is 1mg once a day
• Your doctor may raise the dose step by step every 1 to 2 weeks to 2mg, 3mg, or 4mg once a day
• Do not take more than 6mg a day
• When used with metformin or insulin, it is started at a low dose under close medical supervision
• Your doctor may lower the dose if your blood sugar control improves or your weight or lifestyle changes

Children Dosage:

• Not recommended for children and teenagers

How to Take:

• Take it once a day shortly before or during a full breakfast, or before your first main meal.
