The patient's husband visited the doctor. They were satisfied with the doctor's treatment and behavior. However, they were very dissatisfied with the hospital staff/PA's behavior, citing misbehavior, dishonesty in managing the queue (favoring acquaintances), and long wait times despite having an appointment.
