I had an online consultation with Ummara during my pregnancy when, around 1 AM, I suddenly experienced some concerning symptoms. Since we were far away from the city, I had no immediate access to a doctor. Thankfully, I was able to contact her online. She listened to me very patiently, asked all the necessary questions, carefully assessed my symptoms, and explained what was happening in a very clear and reassuring way. Her suggestions using the resources available to us at that time really helped ease my discomfort. The following morning I took her prescribed medication, and Alhamdulillah, I felt much better soon after. I was especially impressed by her professionalism, patience, diagnostic skills, and willingness to respond to an out-of-hours consultation without making us feel rushed or irritated. I would definitely rate her very highly and sincerely recommend her for her expertise, compassion, and dedication to her patients.

The doctor gave me one hour time for the consultation, carefully listening to my concerns and explaining everything in detail. I felt genuinely heard and am very satisfied with the diagnosis and care plan provided. Highly recommended!
