I am satisfied with the doctor's dental work and previously completed my orthodontic treatment with him. However, I was extremely disappointed by his rude and disrespectful behaviour. He kept me waiting for 2.5 hours, attended patients who came after me, shouted when I asked about my turn, continuously used his mobile, and failed to explain or resolve my minor filling issue. He also did not respond to my message for two months. When I complained about the long wait, he said, “you needed my services.” His attitude, lack of communication, and treatment of patients were extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
