Pus Infaction In Ear

My one year old son was having pus due to which he was getting fever, now he got a culture test of his pus, in which there is growth of bacteria, I am also sharing that test, please let me know.

I cant hear good in background noise and sometimes heve to ask people to repeat. Also wont hear in crowd if somebody calls me
