I have had mild to severe & constant pain on my upper back (Vertebral) and sides of my neck for 4-5 days, i wrote on social media and Dr. Huma Anjum understood and diagnosed the reason behind the pain accurately, and advised me change pillow to softer one, and prescribed medicine as well.
