The audio and video quality of the Marham platform is very pathetic. Especially the audio is very noisy where it was very difficult for me & doctor to understand each other. I also wonder why the MARHAM platform isn't thinking about improving the user experience and include the functionalities that are very basic to any medical or general consultation platforms available over internet. For example, for seeking clarification, I wanted to share the past medical prescriptions as well as my lab reports to the doctor. However, there was no way to do that. It's such a basic thing and I don't know why such a huge platform hasn't thought about it so far. Anyway, I am happy that the doctor was humble and patient enough to bear with the audio/video distortions, limitations of not being able to see my reports and past prescriptions. Doctor listened to my concerns and clarified all of my questions and queries.
