The doctor I originally booked an appointment with rescheduled for a time 2 days later and then never showed up on the call. Customer service of Marham were compassionate in addressing my concerns and salvaged my lost evening by connecting me to another kind and competent doctor in addition to giving me a full refund for the huge inconvenience. Dr. Huma needs to be held accountable for not respecting other people's time. She could have rescheduled again 8nstead of doing a no show. I will never book with her again and will recommend others do nor see her either. dr. Sadia on the other hand, was absolutely wonderful. Kind, understanding and professional.
