محترم ڈاکٹر صاحب! میں اپنی صحت کے ان مسائل کے بارے میں مشورہ کرنا چاہتا ہوں: جسمانی محنت اور قد: میں نے بہت کم عمری میں بہت سخت محنت کی ہے (روزانہ 40 کلو تک وزن اٹھانا)۔ مجھے محسوس ہوتا ہے کہ میرا قد دن بدن کم ہو رہا ہے اور ہڈیاں بہت کمزور ہو گئی ہیں۔ گردے اور پیٹ کے مسائل: مجھے سالوں سے شدید قبض کی شکایت ہے اور گردوں میں بھی درد رہتا ہے۔ جسمانی و جنسی کمزوری: میں بہت زیادہ جسمانی کمزوری محسوس کرتا ہوں اور مجھے بہت جلد جنسی اشتعال (Arousal) اور اخراج کا مسئلہ ہو رہا ہے۔ ذہنی دباؤ: ایک پرانی محبت میں ناکامی اور صدمے کی وجہ سے میں شدید ذہنی دباؤ کا شکار ہوں اور ذہن میں ہر وقت غلط خیالات آتے رہتے ہیں۔ براہِ کرم مجھے بتائیں کہ مجھے کون سے ٹیسٹ کروانے چاہئیں اور اس کمزوری کا صحیح علاج کیا ہے؟"
