I had gained 64kg while my ideal weight is between 48-54 kg. I consult her and she gave me a diet plan with Lil exercise, and loose 5 kg in a month. I think I would gain more but sticking to diet is hard for me. In the end dn Kainat is very humble, cooperative and understanding person. She keeps regulation and motivates too.
