Hi Sadia, Hope you’re well. I just wanted to send you my first day review after I followed your meal plan. It is a very well thought plan indeed as I felt energetic and active throughout the day without feeling heavy as I always used to skip meals so I thought eating every single meal followed by snack would be overwhelming for me but instead it did wonders in just one day. Plus now I can enjoy and look forward to mini snack breaks too. I will keep you posted as I go. Thank you
