She is genteel, self-effacing, analytical and cooperative. She had no gimmicks of buying hormonal drugs for losing weight in few days. She planned on fixing me through diet, exercise and connecting to nature both corporeally and spiritually. She has good interpersonal skills. She guided me through a step-by-step process of lifestyle modification and what we call healthy eating. A well-drafted meal plan was sent in few hours after the session and my queries were dealt with immediately. She is eager to work with her patients, as opposed to others; mindlessly prescribing them medicines, which again is a rare quality to find. She also followed me back and kept pushing me to meet my targets, really a good motivator. I manage to lose 3.5 pounds in few days. Now I'm feeling lively and exuberant to live a wholesome life.
