I knew I'd need therapy for quite some time but being a fresh adult I would be scared of the judgement and others. I remember when I got to Aasma I wasn't sure if anything but the fact that if I'd continue it would be with her only. For all you youngsters seeking therapy, I think it's very important to seek help from someone like her. There is something so comforting about her that on your worst days, you'll find it important to have the positivity she spreads. Apart from that dealing with various issues carefully and tbh subtly was a very smart way to go and it worked for me. I love how there's always something to look forward to in her sessions no matter how bad you are that day. She's communicative so you won't feel you're talking to a wall. She's punctual, and you'll find her to be present all the time when you need her to be there. Even if you fall off the wagon, she'll help you get up and get back on track. Another great thing is that she remembers all your back stories more than you will ever - at least that was my case. Aasma is a professional in every possible dealing that you do. There's never a time that you can feel that she's tired of listening to you. Also let me tell you, she has so many nice activities to help you achieve your goal. She's oriented, determined, and the best decision that you will ever make. Again I personally have said every possible thing in front of her - no judgemental faces, expressions, or even vibes. I literally recommend her to everyone I know. And I would recommend any one who's considering a good psychologist to seek help from her.
