this doctor even gave me extra time! she understood my concerns very well she was brutally honest!!! i am satisfied sadly therapy in pakistan is not worth it i would only recommend therapy to those who dont have understanding big siblings seriously therapy is big sibling version 2.0 she was like a professional big sis but sadly you can do nothing about practicality! you have to be practical i would definetly recommend her! to anyone who wanna know whether therapy is for you or not!!! in my case it was mostly practicality like meditation,being mindful changing thought patterns and when to use medicines OVERALL I AM 100% SATISFIED EVERYTHING WAS REASONABLE WITH HER BUT I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE IDEA OF ONLINE THERAPY BECAUSE THE THERAPIST CANT READ YOUR BODY LANGUAGE GO FOR OFFLINE THERAPY! FOR BODY LANGUAGE
