I went to see Dr. Zainab Kausar Khan for issues I was having with anxiety and panic attacks. We met several times over the course of a year. We discussed my issues and she provided me with many techniques, such as relaxation exercises, charting my anxiety, and therapy to reduce my anxiety and panic attacks. Dr. Zainab was very understanding and sincere but she also made sure she held me accountable for my actions. She was a great "coach" through all of my anxiety issues. She made time for me last minute and took the time in those appointments to really examine me. This persistence really made me feel that I was important and that she was concerned about my overall health. Today I am happy to say that with the exercises Dr. Zainab has given me, I am able to handle my anxiety in a much different way.
