I am satisfied with the doctor.

The therapist Dr Sara Wali was exceptionally good and understanding and came off as a highly knowledgeable and qualified professional in her line of work. However, The MARHAM app and service in general sucks. And kindly give better training to some of your staff members who handle calls. One of the female call operators had an awful attitude and hung up the phone while I was explaining my concerns to her and another guy had a really awful attitude as well they should realize they are handling calls from vulnerable people who are patients they take these calls as if they are working at a Jazz call center. So yeah fix that
