I am satisfied with the doctor.

I visited his clinic yesterday, i had an appointment for 6:30pm but he arrived late and his assistant Asad misbehaved with me and gave me 10th number, although i booked the earliest number from the app. He even said (pyaar se bat karo, and mere number pe jo msg karta he usi ko number milega). If that is the case then why one should book an appointment from an app?
