Assalam-o-Alaikum. I would like an online dermatology consultation. I have had some pink/purple patches on the head of my penis (glans) for around 6–8 months. Initially there was no pain or itching, but recently I have mild itching. I previously used mustard oil, soap, shampoo and skincare lotions on the area, and the patches seemed to spread slightly. There is no severe pain, bleeding, or pus. I have attached clear photographs. An AI skin-analysis app suggested lichen planus (98% image similarity), but I understand this is not a confirmed diagnosis. Could a dermatologist please review the photographs and advise what the condition could be and whether I need any treatment or testing?
