Ms Angela isba wonderful nutritionist. Most dietitian or nutritionist usually give you one fits all plan or crash diets that dont work or work just for a while, Ms Angela is also a mental health counselor so she takes the time to understand a perons eating habits and lifestyle and according to the person she advises on what the better options are and how to start. I personally think she is one of the best nutritionist and mental health counselor out there.
