First i had to wait for 20 minutes, then for more 5 minutes. After 25 minutes of waiting, he called, we had 5 minutes of discussion and then he hanged up saying that he have some patients (Was i Not his patient??? I paid for the appointment) and will call back later. Another half an hour of waiting and waiting.......
