There is no coordination of online and offline services. Numbering of patients should be done according to the appointment time they have taken. Staff was confused ti handle patients who have taken online appointments and those which have taken them offline. Mostly patients avail online facility to avoid hassle free appointment and avoid too much waiting time. Marham and hospital staff must be in coordination and give appointment number and time to patients accordingly .
